Refund Policy

1. Competition Access: 7-day Enter-or-Refund guarantee (€79)

For a €79 CapitalPath Competition Access purchase, enter at least one verified competition within 7 calendar days after purchase by opening one alert and following its entry checklist. If no verified competition opens during your first 7 days, or you entered one and decide it was not worth it, email [email protected] within 14 calendar days after purchase to request a full refund of the €79 purchase price. One email is enough; no form is required. You do not have to prove a trading result or win a prize.

We will return an approved refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long it takes to appear. Access associated with a refunded purchase may be disabled. This guarantee covers the €79 Competition Access purchase only; another product or separately priced add-on is covered only if its checkout or written offer expressly says so.

2. Other products and statutory rights

Other CapitalPath products may have different refund or guarantee terms. Check the terms shown for that product at checkout. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights in your country. If you believe a charge was duplicated or access was not delivered, email [email protected] so we can review the order; this does not replace any rights you have by law.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address used for your order and include the order email, purchase date and a short description of the request. For the Competition Access guarantee, your email must reach us within 14 calendar days after purchase. Do not send full payment-card numbers or security codes. We may ask for reasonable information to locate and verify the order.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. The payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. We will not impose a processing fee for an approved refund under this guarantee.

4. Policy changes

We may revise this policy for future purchases by publishing an updated version and effective date. The version presented when you purchased governs that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Changes will not reduce non-waivable statutory rights.
